This duplex family loft is located in Manhattans Flatiron district. We were asked to completely transform an existing and dark 2 BR layout into a bright and modern 3 BR home for the growing family. The result is a brand-new loft with a family room overlooking the more formal living room. A new kitchen and bathrooms as well as a small outdoor space were also designed.

For the third time, we collaborated with this prominent Manhattan lawyer and his son, to create a modern and stylish home. A masculine color palette, durable, luxurious materials and high end touches such as an oversized marble kitchen island, a home gym as well as waterfall showers in the bathroom, are some of the finishing touches.

Collaborating for the third time with this successful Manhattan bachelor, we were able to work on this brand new home in the Hamptons from conception to completion. The result is a light filled house, with space for an impressive art collection, that is at the same time casual and luxurious.

Less than 2 years after we assisted this young family with their move to a Gowanus area triplex, a water main line in the building burst and an emergency gut renovation was in order! New floors were needed, lighting was added, new furniture purchased and two dream baths later, the home looks better than ever before.
