ManhattanMini Loft
This 750 square foot mini loft is located in Manhattans Financial districts former Cotton Exchange. When purchased by Ms Oefelein the unit ceilings had been lowered to 8, and the style of the fixtures and materials was dated. A complete gut job revealed a new ceiling height of 11. The new oak floors, larger windows, hidden heating system as well as the new kitchen and built in units create a space that feels contemporary, light and airy.
