Hamptons Beach

This 4500 square foot Hamptons beach house had been built by a local architect before being purchased by a London family as a summer retreat. After a summer of planning, the owner and Ms. Oefelein went on to hire a local architectural firm to implement extensive design changes. The additions created a comfortable and casual summer home for the owners and their family.
