TribecaBachelor Loft
Our bachelor banker client purchased this 2,500 square foot apartment in a high end loft building in Tribeca in relatively good condition. Previously owned by a family, we created a more urban and sophisticated home. FO Design had the floors refinished, added custom built-ins and cabinetry as well as a new fireplace mantel, and renovated the powder bathroom with new fixtures and a custom made chain curtain by DaisyCake.
